A beautiful purple color with garnet reflections.
The nose is very expressive, smoky, evolving to notes of graphite and thyme.
The palate follows the same aromatic profile with a cocoa finish and small black fruits.

Grape varieties
85% Syrah, 15% Grenache

Winemaking
Harvest is manual in crates.
The grapes are then destemmed and crushed.
Winemaking consists of a slow infusion of the grapes with some pump-overs.
