Cultivation
The vineyard consists of 14 hectares of vines, including the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Cinsault for red and rosé wines (AOP Pic Saint-Loup), and Roussanne, Vermentino, and Viognier for white wines (AOP Languedoc).
Due to its geographical location and recent history, the success of the estate has been built in synergy with the AOP Pic Saint-Loup. New plantings take this reality into account.
However, this does not exclude the production of original cuvées explicitly presented outside the AOP framework, as well as the planting of ancestral southern grape varieties, better adapted to climate change.

The estate has been certified organic since 2011 and biodynamic (Demeter Label) since 2019.
