A beautiful purple color with garnet reflections.
The nose is very expressive, smoky, evolving with notes of graphite and thyme.
The palate unfolds with the same aromatic profile, with a cocoa finish and small dark berries.

Grape varieties
75% Syrah, 25% Grenache

Winemaking 

The harvest is manual, in crates.
The grapes are then destemmed and crushed.
Winemaking consists of a slow infusion of the grapes with some pump-overs.

In 225 L barrels for 9 months
