Dark color with youthful reflections. The straightforward nose reveals beautiful spicy and peppery aromas supported by garrigue notes. The palate is balanced. The finish is fresh with present tannins that will refine with time.

Grape varieties
50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Carignan noir

 Vinification
Harvest is manual in crates.
The grapes are then destemmed and crushed.
Vinification consists of a slow infusion of the grapes with a few small pump-overs.
